LuaLua: Contract talks with Luton are not important - it's all about keeping the Hatters up
Luton attacker Kazenga LuaLua has put any talks about his own future on hold until the season is finally over.
The former Brighton, QPR and Newcastle attacker is one of a number of Town players who penned short-term deals in order to complete the campaign, which has been prolonged by over two month due to the coronavirus pandemic.

When asked if he had given any thought to next term, Lualua, who scored the late winner at Hull City on Saturday, netting his sixth goal in 58 games since joining back in September 2018, said: “We all signed one month deals so the contract situation is not important.
“It’s important to try and keep Luton in the Championship, that’s all we will focus on.
“Whatever happens, it’s about Luton being in the Championship next season.”

Hide AdLuaLua hasn’t had quite the impact he would have wanted in the recent matches, having struggled to recover from a troublesome knee injury.
However, he was back against Huddersfield and QPR, before becoming Town’s match-winner at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday.
The winger continued: “Since we got back from the lockdown, it’s been hard for me as I had a little knee issue which thank God I’ve managed to recover from and help the boys.
“It has been frustration, not, not playing the games, not for that, but it’s been frustration for myself as I wanted to be fit, help the team, but these things happen.
